Front Desk Receptionist - The receptionist provides an inviting and helpful environment for every individual that calls on the phone or comes through the door of A Caring Pregnancy Center (ACPC), while also providing support for the other staff. Some responsibilities include conducting initial screening to determine client needs, scheduling Clinic and Life Service appointments, filing necessary paperwork, and maintaining main office appearance. Clinic/Nurse Manager - The Clinic Manager oversees the provision of client care and medical services operations in a pregnancy center environment. Some responsibilities include overseeing nursing services in-clinic, obtaining patients' relevant medical histories, overseeing the performance of pregnancy tests and STI screenings, mentoring patients after exams, and maintaining accurate records. Every year, thousands of women in the Pueblo area struggle with the decisions surrounding an unexpected pregnancy. The pressure is not only internal — outside circumstances often add confusion and pressure to the situation.
ACPC services are offered free of charge to our clients/patients through generous donations and grants provided to the center each year. ACPC’s average client is female between 18-24 years old and come from walks of life. ACPC sees between 25-45 new clients each month with total contacts over 2K each year.
