SydNEY
Board President
Sydney is the owner of Chick-fil-A Pueblo, where she leads operations with a commitment to excellence and community engagement. She also serves as a volunteer chaplain, offering spiritual care and support to those in need.
Outside her professional and volunteer roles, Sydney and her husband Andre —celebrating 10 years of marriage— are managing a thriving micro farm. Her leadership, compassion, and entrepreneurial spirit drive positive impact across both business and community spheres.
Jon
Board Vice President
Jon is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado, where he has worked since 2017. He has extensive experience serving in various finance positions for hospitals and health systems since 2001 (i.e., Controller, Associate Controller, Auditor, and Chief Financial Officer).
He has recently served as Board Member of The Latino Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair / Treasurer of the Catholic Charities Diocese of Pueblo (6-year term ended 12-2023), and as President of the Hospital Cooperative Laundry (services most front range hospitals in Colorado), as well as on ACPC's board. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX.
Mark
Board Secretary/Treasurer
Mark has lived in Pueblo for 23 years and has been in banking his entire professional career. Mark has sat on numerous community boards, including the YMCA Board of Directors, the CSU-Pueblo Foundation Board of Trustees, the Jackson's MMA Board, the Pueblo Arts Alliance Board, and ACPC.
His expertise is in finance and investments. He has a BSBA in Economics with an emphasis in Finance, along with a minor in Leadership Studies from CSU-Pueblo, and he has a Graduate Degree in Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado University - Boulder.
Natasha

Natasha is the owner of Natasha Rose Photography, a business she has proudly built and nurtured for over 13 years. She has been married to her husband, Christopher, for three wonderful years.
Beyond her photography work, Natasha finds joy in serving her church community, volunteering on the worship team, and in women’s ministries at Family Worship Center. Guided by her core values of integrity, grace, and compassion, Natasha strives to reflect these principles in both her personal life and the way she connects with her clients.

Heather
Board Member-at-Large
Heather is an attorney living in Pueblo and practicing in Kansas. She began her professional career as a teacher in Wyoming and Colorado. Following her graduation from law school, she served in the U.S. Air Force before opening her own practice in her husband's hometown in Kansas. She has served on various boards in recent years, including a city council, her children's school board, and a professional ethics board.
Currently, she works to represent the best interests of children in family legal matters. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education from the University of Wyoming and a Juris Doctorate from Baylor University Law School. She and her husband, Marc, have two young sons who enjoy the sports and outdoor opportunities our area has to offer.
Dr. Elizabeth Ehama
Medical Director
Dr. Ehama is an obstetrician-gynecologist practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years, maintaining licenses in NV, AK, and CO.
Tamra
CEO
Originally from North Carolina, Tamra has made Colorado her home since 2003, where she lives with her husband Brian, Executive Chef for District 70, and their family. With a background in higher education and community leadership, Tamra has served on numerous boards and organizations, embodying her belief that true leadership begins with service.
Since joining A Caring Pregnancy Center in 2014, she has led as Chief Executive Officer with compassion, courage, and faith—drawing from her own life experiences as a survivor and advocate for women and families. Deeply active in both state and local pro-life initiatives, Tamra continues to use her voice and leadership to strengthen her community and advance life-affirming care across Colorado.

LeighAnn has served at ACPC in several capacities for over 18 years, from volunteer to COO. As a business owner before her time at ACPC, she knows and understands the rigors of nonprofit management.
