While the Walk is a day of joy, it is also a vital response to a shifting national and local landscape. According to the Society of Family Planning’s 2025 #WeCount report, abortion volume has increased year-over-year nationally, largely driven by a rise in telehealth services.
In an era of impersonal, digital transactions, the physical presence of ACPC in Pueblo is essential. We offer a face-to-face connection that a website or a mailed pill cannot provide. Our 2025 data shows that 23% of our clients find us via the internet, and 25% come through word-of-mouth. We serve as a visible, local lighthouse for those seeking a different path, one that values the preborn and supports the woman carrying them.

The Walk for Life is the fuel for our daily operations, and this year, we have set a goal of $50,000. These funds ensure that every person who walks through our doors receives a level of care that looks at their entire situation, not just their immediate crisis.
In 2025, ACPC performed 466 ultrasounds. These are far more than just images on a screen; they are clinical assessments that provide a parent with the truth about their preborn child’s development. When fear is replaced with facts, parents are empowered to choose the adventure of life.
