ACPC Life Services presents an interactive Pre-Natal Workshop for women interested in the development of their growing babies and changing bodies. This prenatal class is facilitated by an experienced health care professional and covers topics including fetal development, common pregnancy discomforts, things to avoid during pregnancy, and ways to take control of your health. The class is interactive, and fun.
