Why the Walk for Life Matters (And How You Can Still Get Involved)

Every summer, our community comes together for something more than just a walk. The Walk for Life is a public declaration of compassion, faith, and hope—a joyful gathering that says every life matters and no one walks alone.

The Walk for Life isn’t just an event. It’s a movement.

Why It Matters

Every dollar raised through the Walk goes straight back into life-saving programs and services. It helps us:

  • Provide free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds, offering clarity in a crisis.

  • Equip moms and dads through classes on parenting, infant care, and healthy relationships.

  • Stock our baby boutique with diapers, clothing, and other essentials.

  • Offer post-abortion support for women seeking healing.

  • Create a safe space for women to talk, cry, pray, and breathe.

But the Walk is also about awareness. When dozens gather in unity for life, we send a powerful message in Pueblo: You are not forgotten. Help is available. Life is worth protecting.

You Can Still Get Involved!

If you weren’t able to join us on walk day, you can still make a difference:

  1. Donate online. Every gift matters.

  2. Fundraise on your own. Start a personal fundraiser on Facebook or with friends, coworkers, or your church group.

  3. Volunteer. We always need help behind the scenes—welcoming clients, organizing baby supplies, or mentoring new moms.

  4. Pray. Ask God to give courage to women facing tough decisions and strength to our staff as we serve them.

  5. Share the message. Follow us on social media and share our posts. You never know who might need to see them.
